Settlement Conferences
“This training will prepare students to assist clients with pre-trial meetings in Civil, Family, or Probate cases, where a neutral facilitator guides parties toward possible agreements. Clients must complete a preparation form beforehand. Typical cases involve contracts, car accidents, medical matters, or family issues.”
Mediation Coach
As a mediation coach you will be trained to guide and support the system for the individuals involved. You can work independently or together to help parties achieve a positive resolution.
Divorce Coach And A Mediator
“As a personal divorce coach, you are trained to work with one individual in a divorcing couple, adopting a client-centered perspective. You recognize the client as the expert in their own life, serving as a thinking partner and sounding board to help them organize facts, communicate clearly, and evaluate reasonable trade-offs. The coach also broadens the client’s view of potential options, supporting informed decision-making. Through this self-discovery process, gaps in knowledge or skills may emerge, and the coach helps develop strategies to close those gaps, enabling the client to participate effectively in divorce settlement discussions.”
